Youtube cannot join family group/12 month limit

This service allows people whose YouTube accounts are restricted from changing family groups once every 12 months to be invited to join a family group. The service does not include Premium membership (if you need this service, please consult customer service). Before purchasing, please ask customer service whether this service is currently supported.
