Store policy

  • Digital products are shipped online, physical products take about one to three working days for spot goods and seven to fourteen working days for pre-order goods.

  • Collisions are inevitable during transportation. If there are scratches, damage or falling off of the unexpected packaging, please be sure to inform us in advance to avoid it as much as possible, but we still cannot guarantee the process. If there are product defects in the contents of the new product, please contact us for assistance within the time limit. This does not apply to special products.

  • Please record the unboxing process to ensure your own rights. The exceptions listed in the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to the seven-day appreciation period, and the seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period. Products can only be returned if they are complete, unused, or restored to a saleable state.

  • For the refund and exchange policy for permanent or time-limited digital products, please refer to the Terms of Service.

  • The store reserves the right to interpret the discounts and activities it hosts or co-hosts.
