What does "Verified" mean?
This badge indicates that the reviewer actually purchased the item from the store. Judge.me automatically compares the reviewer's email address with the order details before displaying the badge. Stores cannot manually add this tag, so every verified review you see comes from a genuine buyer.
-
How do real buyers leave reviews?
After you complete your order, Judge.me will automatically send a "comment invitation" to the email address you used to place the order. Simply click the link in the email to write a comment, and the system will immediately compare it with your order information. Once confirmed, it will be marked as "Verified".
-
The comparison logic is transparent and verifiable.
Judge.me publicly stated: "We automatically verify whether reviewers have placed orders by directly reading order lists from e-commerce platforms; merchants cannot interfere with this process."
-
Third-party impartial mechanism : Reviews are verified and badges are awarded by Judge.me (not the stores). When a store has accumulated more than 10 verified reviews with a transparency of ≥ 80%, Judge.me will automatically add a "Verified by Judge.me" link.
