You can choose between a shared rental or a personal rental option.

Shared rental and co-living solutions:

1. We provide shared accounts , and each person can log in to one device. Each account can be used by up to three customers in the same group. The users of the shared account should frequently use the device in Taiwan.
2. The membership is fully guaranteed. If the original account cannot be renewed, a new account will be provided.
3. You cannot modify any account-related information (such as: account number, password, plan, payment, connected application).
4. In addition to the above guidelines, you should avoid bootstrapping Perplexity prohibited items when using the model.

Personal exclusive plan (account provided by us):

1. We provide exclusive accounts , and each account will only be provided to one customer.
2. The membership is fully guaranteed. If the original account cannot be renewed, a new account will be provided.
3. You cannot modify any account-related information (such as: account number, password, plan, payment, connected application).
4. In addition to the above guidelines, you should avoid bootstrapping Perplexity prohibited items when using the model.

1. You provide your own account ; this feature is only available to accounts that have never used Perplexity PRO .
2. Once you select the "Personal Exclusive Plan" and successfully add the funds to your own account, the seller is deemed to have completed all the services they were obligated to provide. Since you control this account, we have no way of knowing how it will be used subsequently. Please ensure it complies with the latest policies and regulations of the platform.

[Shared living vs. Sole ownership]

If you choose to share a room, the privacy of your content may not be guaranteed. If you or other users in your group mention sensitive information, that information may be leaked. If you choose to redeem the serial number yourself and it cannot be used, the conditions for applying for a refund or exchange must be met.

Complete video evidence : To ensure the completeness of the evidence for an invalid serial number, your video must be clear and coherent , and include the following:

Account eligible for redemption : This serial number is only valid for new accounts , meaning the account has never subscribed to the PRO version . If your account has already used the PRO version, even if the subscription has expired, this serial number will not be valid.
