Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Which plan should I buy if I want to watch on a projector or a TV?
➣ Please select a TV plan to watch on devices other than mobile phones, tablets, and computers. Some manufacturers' devices may not be usable if they do not meet the streaming platform's technical requirements (device certification).
Q2: Will there be any problems with the official restrictions on sharing?
➣ You may need to ask us for a verification code or change your account, and in such cases, you may be unable to retain your playlist and records.
Q3: I want to buy it! What do you need to provide for me?
➣ After purchase, we will send you an activation code. You only need to use the code to apply for activation with customer service and wait for it to be completed.
General problems
Q1: Is there online customer service available to assist me if I encounter any problems?
➣ We are committed to providing 24/7 service. Once we receive your message, we will reply and provide assistance as soon as possible. We usually complete the process within 24 hours.
Q2: Where can I find the expiration date?
➣ If you have any questions about the expiration date, please contact us for inquiries. We provide 100% after-sales guarantee during the membership period.
Q3: Will the subscription period be reduced if I renew it in advance?
➣ You can renew your subscription at any time or during promotional discounts. Renewals always extend to the original expiry date, so paying in advance or later will not reduce or increase the time.
